Jacqueline Pennington
Jacqueline Pennington Broker / Team Leader

Northumberland’s Top Real Estate Powerhouse

Born and raised in the charming Hamlet of Wooler, Jacqueline is a small-town girl with a big heart and an even bigger drive. From an early age, she was a firecracker—deeply involved in human rights advocacy and even taking her voice to the United Nations.

At just 23, Jacqueline discovered a passion for real estate after purchasing her first home. But instead of following the traditional sales-driven approach, she leveraged her advocacy background to prioritize client experience over transactions. Her mantra? “Be the change.” And that’s precisely what she did.

Fast forward, and Jacqueline has not only built Northumberland’s #1 Real Estate Team but has also become one of Canada’s top agents, consistently shattering records.

Now calling the Hamlet of Grafton home, Jacqueline is raising her two adventurous sons, Robert and Elijah, who love exploring the great outdoors. Their family wouldn’t be complete without their spirited dog, Peppa, cats, Georgie and Caramel, and Stella, her spunky little sidekick.

Beyond real estate, Jacqueline has a passion for unique properties—owning everything from multiplex investments to a managed forest and even an 1800s log cottage. Her personal experience navigating complex sales gives her clients an unmatched advantage.
