  Negotiations | When the offer is received, the sellers will accept, reject or counter your offer. Regarding a counter offer, we will go over all amendments together, and I will work in your best interested to negotiate an accepted offer

  Sign Offer | Once negotiations are complete, and we have an accepted offer, we will go over and sign all documentation

  Condition Completion | Once negotiations are complete, and your offer has been accepted, you will need to complete the conditions in a timely manner. This will typically include a home inspection, securing insurance and securing financing
