This past month brought on a number of new listings that we do not typically see for this time of year. There were 155 new homes that came to the market in November, which is an increase by 40% compared to the same period of time last year.

The number of homes sold was down by 28% with 108 homes selling this past month.

The average sale price is up by about 7% with the average home selling for $412,104 during the month of November
